Charity Boxing Match for O'Neill Centre

09 March 2015

Staff Pulls No Punches At Charity Boxing Match

On Sunday 8th March, four members of the Taxback Group got their boxing gloves on in aid of Enable Ireland’s O’Neill Centre.

The fighters on the night were Nigel ‘King Nidge’ O’Donovan (TBI) Vs James ‘The Hurricane’ Murphy (Connect Ireland) and Eanna ‘The Bear’ Brady (TBI) Vs Mark ‘The Undefeated’ Graham (Taxback.com).

Despite only having a total of 8 weeks’ training, the boxers were impressive on the night and both fights were hard fought.

As it turns out, sometimes crime does pay, as King Nidge prevailed on the night over The Hurricane. The Undefeated also lived up to his name by beating The Bear, despite the beast’s brute strength. It was a great night and we were all very proud of the valiant fighters. Well done lads!
