Our Commitment to Sustainable Business Practices

11 June 2009

Taxback.com is committed to ensuring that our business practices minimise the impact of our activities on the environment. Our staff reduce their carbon footprint by cutting back on flights and travel where possible. We instead use webinars and web conferencing to communicate with our staff and partners around the globe.

We cut back on printed materials wherever possible by communicating with our customers and partners electronically. Anyone can register with us online and rather than letters and brochures, we send text messages, electronic magazines and email notifications. We update all our clients and partners through their own online tracking system and we have 83,200 visits to this system every month.

We also work closely with tax offices worldwide to try to increase the amount of documents it is acceptable to scan and email for submitting tax returns to help reduce excessive paper usage. All our email signatures encourage recipients to consider the environment before printing.

Our offices locally have their own recycling facilities to ensure any paper usage is managed in a sustainable way.
